This may be just a nonsense rant, but they are VERY noisy and someone needs to do something. Why is it that news organizations are allowed to hover their darn helicopters for periods (longer than an hour sometimes!) over residential neighborhoods? Doesn’t the FAA have any rules, etc that state how long they can actually stay on the scene of a “story?”
