I know that the risk of being in a plane crash is much lower than the risk of being in a car crash. I was just curious if the risk for a steward or stewardess being in a plane crash was still lower (than being in a car crash).
If nobody knows how to answer, does anybody know where I could find out such a statistic?

I used an old Tatone timer to make a chute release to drop my 4 ounce Aiptek Pocket Cam X from my Blade 400 helicopter. The “Wind up reverse video was for fun, not to trick people. LOL You would think it was obvious, but a lot of people still believe I had a string on it. Ha ha. A servo could also be used but this simple setup can be moved from plane to plane very easily. I used an Estes Model Rocket Parachute. The winds were howling. These small helicopters have no weight or mass, so they really are like flying Frisbees in a wind storm. Hard to maintain a good hover that high up for me too, as I cant see the darn thing, even with my pontoons on! I will be flying there soon to go to chichen itza with my wife. How safe are planes,i keep seeing stories on the news about planes crashing and i am freaked out. Would you go on a plane and do you think currently theyr are safe to fly in. Has anyone flown to cancun before have any experience, thanks alot.
