Is it safe to fly with high cholesterol?

After being taken off simvistatin because of muscle pain my cholesterol has shot up to 7.2 and 5.My doctor has now given me atorvistatin.I am flying from Blackpool to N Ireland and i don’t know whether i should start taking them now or wait till i come home in 10 days time.Im not sure how flying will affect me,i also have high blood pressure my doc has just upped my dose of ramipril to 2.5mg.
