In the Rosemont Elementary area of Orlando, FL, There were 4-5 helicopters including police and about a dozen police officers both marked and unmarked. I have no idea what happened and why I was told to return to my home and lock my doors. These officers never give anything away, not even in literally my own back yard.

I don’t know anything about planes or flying; but I would think in any kind of weather the pilots would be flying manual on take off and landing. I can understand autopilot while they are at cruising altitude, but during take off and landing, with or without bad weather I would think it would be manual. Is this right or wrong?
